Positive Women for Change (PW4C) is a 501© (3) nonprofit organization that provides financial literacy and personal coaching services to underserved women who have faced trauma or adversity resulting in the disarray of personal and household finances.

Our Mission
Utilizing a peer coaching curriculum that fosters positive behavior change, Positive Women for Change connects participants to community resources and financial life skills.

Our Vision
Positive Women for Change seeks to provide financial and life coaching in a supportive environment for women who are heads of households with limited income.

PW4C helps selected participants get their finances back on track by using S.M.A.R.T. (specific, measurable, achievable and relevant) goals and small stipends to assist in meeting modest but critical financial goals. Our hands-on program teaches participants how to identify, build and maintain healthy relationships and maximize use of community resources specific to their needs. Participants learn how to make good use of local support networks, as well as transportation, food, housing and educational programs, as part of their budget training.
